He is also the Founder of Riley Public Affairs and previously served as Chief of Staff for 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly in the City of Chicago, with earlier roles at the State of Illinois Toll Highway Authority and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Jeff brings extensive political experience as a consultant, researcher, Field Director, and Political Director for campaigns at local, state, and national levels. A Political Science graduate of Southern Illinois University, he holds a certificate in Leadership in Sustainability Management from the University of Chicago Graham School.
